The 3 Rs: Recognize, Report, Record

Prioritizing a senior’s health and safety is an essential aspect of caregiving. One way to help ensure this takes place is by implementing the 3 Rs. The 3 Rs – Recognize, Report and Record – is a process CAREGivers may use when caring for clients. After participating in this course, you will be able to describe each of the 3 Rs, identify situations in which you may utilize them and apply what you’ve learned to your role as a CAREGiver.
